We went with some friends last night to the Farmer City Raceway for the demolition derby and monster truck. My boys are fascinated with monster trucks, so we were excited to see one in action.
I'd say it was a hit because it felt like 100 degrees out (at 7 pm!) with no breeze to be found., and everyone stayed smiling and enthusiastic. We didn't look pretty but had an awesome time!
I think Luke clapped through most of the "show". He loved it!! We all did. We're looking into coming back again for a regular race....but not until the weather cools off.
