Well, the moment some of us have been waiting for at least...SNOW!!
It took no less than 20 minutes for me to get Kate and Ben dressed to go out and play. I was tired before we even go out there! Kate has been absolutely dying to make a snow angel since about June! So, that was her first stop once outside.
Ben decided to help Daddy shovel the drive. He mostly moved the snow from the driveway into the garage, but he was helping and happy!
To put all the rumors to rest once and for all....the "Abominable Camo Man" is not a myth! He lives right here, at our house!
It was really windy and in the low teens, just a tad too cold to spend much time outside in my opinion. Ben was getting a little whiny...snow in his face, snow down his boot, etc. I bribed him back inside with the promise of hot chocolate and marshmallows. Kate impressed me by staying out for almost an hour and half! When she finally came in she said, "This is the best day of my life!".
