For Valentine's Day Kate and Ben made bank! Together they brought in 10 cards, $24, 2 balls, and a chocolate bar...all in the mail. Thank you Grandmas and Aunts! Here are a couple shots of Kate and her cards...
All this icy, snowy, cold and windy weather has kept us stuck inside and getting a little stir-crazy. We haven't been doing much, but here's an update...
Ben turned 10 months over the weekend. On his 10 month "birthday" his top tooth finally popped through. Poor little guy has been working on that thing for weeks! He is a man on the move--cruising around on all the furniture and just dying to take a step away. Unfortunately he has absolutely no balance at all, I don't think he'll actually be walking anytime soon. He has mastered waving bye-bye and gets pretty proud of himself when he finds the opportunity to use it. Here are just a couple pictures of Ben at 10 months.

As for Kate, I think it is finally safe to say with absolute certainty...the girl is potty trained! No more diapers!! It had to be her idea and once it was, we were done in one day. Her favorite "treat" after going in the big potty is not a piece of candy or a sticker on a chart, it is to chase Jack on a horsey ride from Daddy...poor dog.
